Returns & Exchanges
At Complete Piping, we are committed to supplying quality products. If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting information (including photographs where applicable).

Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• The product is in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Freight costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major failure. If goods are confirmed faulty or damaged, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Custom-made, fabricated, or special-order products are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
